نحن في Emma's Studio de Mode نولي اهتمامًا كبيرًا بجودة منتجاتنا، ونسعى إلى تقديم تجربة استخدام طويلة الأمد. جميع منتجاتنا مشمولة بضمان لمدة سنتين ضد عيوب التصنيع. خلال فترة الضمان، نقدم الدعم وفقًا للشروط التالية:

At Emma's Studio de Mode, we place great emphasis on quality and aim to provide long-lasting products. All our products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, we offer support under the following conditions:
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as stitching, zippers, and material faults.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by user error, misuse, accidents, or excessive wear.
- During the warranty period, the product will be inspected, and either repaired or replaced.
